Bright Horizons Solutions Inc. Treatment Programs were developed in response to the needs of individuals with substance abuse and mental health issues who reside in the Baltimore Metropolitan Area. Our goal is to provide addiction treatment and mental health services to improve the quality of life for individuals and families with drug and alcohol abuse, and mental health issues. Bright Horizons Solutions Inc. is dedicated to helping individuals and families through Counseling and Education.

Our Mission
Bright Horizons Solutions Inc. Outpatient Treatment Program offers high quality, coordinated, cost-effective services to individuals and families who experience difficulties associated with substance abuse, chemical dependency, and mental health disorders.
Our goal is to provide services that empower individuals to enter or maintain sobriety/abstinence and to confront the prevalent issues that inhibit healthy, productive, and stable lifestyles. The services provided by Bright Horizons Solutions Incorporated were developed and reviewed by its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Advisory Committee, and Executive level employees.
The staff of Bright Horizons Solutions Incorporated have over 25 years of experience with the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) and other regulations governing substance abuse and mental health programs; and are prepared for the responsibility of clinical and administrative management of approved substance abuse and mental health programs.

Intensive Outpatient Services
designed for people who are struggling with problems associated with addictions, substance use and abuse, or the co-occurring disorders associated with substance use.

Transitional Services Provided by Outpatient-Only Substance Abuse Treatment Facilities, by Driving Under the Influence or Driving While Impaired (DUI/DWI)

General Outpatient Services
For people who do not need intensive care and can maintain relative stability during drug and alcohol rehabilitation, outpatient treatment is an excellent addiction treatment option.

Early Intervention Services
The Early Intervention Program for Adolescents is designed for teenagers between the ages of 13-18 who have begun experimenting with substances, primarily alcohol and marijuana.

If you cannot get to treatment on your own, we provide you with the comfort of secure and anonymous rehab transportation services to ensure your arrival.
